What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a safe, evidence-based therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. It helps you change unwanted habits, release negative thought patterns, and create lasting positive change — all while you remain fully in control.

Yes, absolutely. Hypnotherapy is a non-invasive, natural practice with no side effects. You are in a state of deep relaxation but remain aware and in control throughout the session. You can open your eyes and stop at any time.

No. This is one of the most common misconceptions. During hypnotherapy, you are in a heightened state of awareness and relaxation. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. You remain in full control at all times.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Stacey guides you through the process just as she would in-person. Many clients actually find online sessions more effective because they’re already in a comfortable, familiar environment.

Yes. Many clients experience even better results from online sessions because they can relax more deeply in their own space without the stress of travelling. Stacey has helped hundreds of clients online with outstanding outcomes.

Every person is different. Some concerns may be addressed in as few as 2–3 sessions, while deeper issues may benefit from 4–6 sessions. Stacey will discuss a personalised plan during your free consultation.

Your initial meeting is always a complimentary 30-minute consultation. Stacey will listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and explain how hypnotherapy can help. She’ll then create a personalised plan tailored to you.

Stacey offers several online programs you can start from home. The signature program is ‘Why Do I Still Feel This Way?’ — a 7-session Timeline Therapy and hypnosis program that releases the root causes of anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt. Also available: the Online Sleep Program, the Online Weight Loss Program, and The Calm Series (guided audio collection on Gumroad). Stacey also runs the Limitless Minds Community on Skool, offering free and affordable hypnosis audios and live events.
